Interactive Learning Terms
Induction and Remedials: An initial phase to align participants on core concepts and address foundational knowledge gaps. The courses are structured across three terms, following a progression from broad-based conceptual foundations and skills to increasing application and engagement.
Classroom Based Interactive sessions, focus on academic or professional instruction in theories and analytical frameworks to improve decisions, IT and other application techniques for efficient executive actions, and psychosocial perspectives for harmonious relations for co-operation, co-creation, peaceful co-existence and sustainable development.
Experiential Learning Terms
Exploratory Study Visits: Field visits to collective enterprises or field operations sites to provide firsthand exposure.
Immersive Practicum Engagements: Hands-on, practical experience in sector-specific institutions to simulate real-world work environments
